Chairs are not allowed in any section of the concert area. We will have chairs for rent and sale. There will also be limited bleacher seating. Chairs, blankets, scooters, or any type of seating are not allowed inside the Party Pit Section.

The Party Pit is the section closest to the stage in front of general admission. This area will have separate bars and bathrooms. If you have a ticket to the party pit, you are also allowed in the general admission area.

Once your ticket is scanned in, re-entry into the concert is not allowed for ANY REASON.

If you ordered your ticket off our website (via Etix), please get in touch with 1-800-514-ETIX for further help or visit https://support.etix.com/ to request it to be resent. Physical tickets purchased at the venue cannot be replaced.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless a show is cancelled.

Kids 5 and under are free at every concert. All children will need to be accompanied by an adult.
