BRADLEY 315 MUSIC FESTIVAL!

All vendor applications must be submitted by April 1, 2026.

If you are completing the online vendor application, you will be prompted to submit your deposit via credit card. Alternatively, you can mail your completed application and deposit check to the Village of Bradley by April 1, 2026, to be considered for vendor status at the fest. Please note that your deposit check must accompany your application for the application to be considered complete.

• All vendors must conduct business within the 10′ x 10′ or 10′ x 20′ space provided by the Bradley 315 Fest.

• Final vendor locations will be assigned based on size and electricity requirements.

• If an application is accepted and a vendor chooses not to participate, the deposit is non-refundable.

• No more than five (5) Vendor passes will be allowed per vendor

• Vendor passes are not tickets to the festival; if a vendor allows its employees to access the fest while not working, they must purchase tickets.

• Any vendor pass caught outside the vendor area (without committee person approval) will result in the employee's ejection and the vendor pass's forfeiture.

• The goal of the Bradley 315 Fest is to provide the community with the broadest possible choice of food products with the least duplication; however, we cannot guarantee menu exclusivity to any vendor.

• No Soda, water, or Gatorade may be sold from vendors at this time. (Subject to change)
