Rules:
Teams must consist of four people: two adults over eighteen and two children aged fourteen and under. Teams will receive an email confirmation with the report time and team number. Teams will compete in 5 challenges based on points and times. Overall points and times will result in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Sportsmanship must be maintained at all times. Judges of the Bradley 315 Music Fest have the final ruling on any disputes of points or times; any fighting or unruly behavior will result in immediate ejection from the contest.
Injury Waiver and General Release Form:
By submitting the information above as a participant and/or parent/legal guardian of participants 3 and 4, you acknowledge that participation in the program exposes you to the possibility of personal injury. You, being fully aware that participation in the program exposes you to a possible risk of personal injury, hereby release Village of Bradley, Bradley’s Economic Development Corporation and the Bradley 315 Music Fest and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licenses, subsidiaries, consultants, independent contractors and affiliates from any liability from property damage, personal injuries, or other claims arising from or in connection with your participation in the program including claims that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent. You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the Injury Waiver and General Release Form. This agreement shall be binding on you, your spouse, your children, your legal representatives, your heirs, your successors, and assign.
